It fits me well as I don't like heavy running and jumping in my workout routine because I'm trying to slim my calves (LOL) but I still need some cardio so power walking does the job for me. It's quite light for a treadmill, for a not so strong female like me, I can move it anywhere I want with the help of the wheels in front and handle at the back.
It's perfect for houses/condos that doesn't have wide spaces as it doesn't take a lot of space plus you can store it under your bed or upright behind your door.
It is really good for long walks, jogs, and light running in homes with really small spaces. I set it up in a small walkway where I now jog safely at home. And I really like the emergency safety key feature which saved me a couple of times.
I don't recommend this for serious running and guys with long strides as the walking area is not that long and running in small spaces poses more risk of falls and slips than running outdoors.
Seems to be an old unit, because the edges (white body) had that discoloration (that happens to white material, like pvc or hard plastic over time.) but performance wise, this is a perfectly capable machine that works hard (and works you hard,) conveniently in the comfort of your own home, minus the bulk. Thanks, Chris Sports.
